Moreover, they are also advised to keep a check on their session-wise usage to ensure that the connection is being legitimately used. 4.Users of WiFi modems must ensure that the security settings (details on website) of their ?WiFi? modems have been properly enabled by the field staff to allow only authentic users to share their broadband connection. Some sites may not open of the ?WiFi? modems are improperly configured. Various Do's & Don't do 1. Always switch off CPE and/or the system when not in use for long. 2. In case of power off/on CPE, please wait for 2-3 min before connecting to Internet again. 3. Do not use any other power adaptor than the one supplied with CPE. 4. Whenever it is operated , all configuration settings in ADSL Modem are reset to default factory settings, resulting the resetting of Modem login and password to default admin and admin respectively. Customer should change the default password again to earlier password or any other new password . Customer is advised to switch off their ADSL Modem, when not in use. Customer is advised to check online his daily usage .And if any unexpected high usage of data is noticed, he may bring in the notice of ISP concerned. |

Today's Kemper Corporation was originally founded as Unitrin, Inc. in April 1990, when it was spun off from Henry Singleton's conglomerate Teledyne. Singleton expected the new venture to duplicate the successful spin off of the Argo Group, originally a worker's compensation insurance provider, created in 1986. Argonaut's original $20 per share stock appreciated 240 percent by 1990.[citation needed]
Singleton remained Chairman of Unitrin after it was spun off to shareholders at $31.25 per share, trading on NASDAQ. Unitrin divided its business into three major categories: life and health insurance, property and casualty insurance, and consumer finance, which covered a variety of services including automobile and industrial loans.[citation needed]
In 2002, Unitrin purchased the renewal rights for the homeowners and automobile insurance lines of Kemper Insurance, a long-time Chicago insurance and financial services firm.[4][5][6] In 2010, Unitrin purchased all rights to the Kemper name, and began operations as Kemper Corporation on August 25, 2011, with trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the KMPR ticker symbol.[7]
In November 2015, Joseph P. Lacher, Jr. was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Lacher's leadership, Kemper's annual revenue has increased 60% and the stock price more than doubled.
The company unified and refreshed its brand in October 2018.[8]
In July 2020, Kemper had a market cap of $4.97 billion.[9]
In October 2020, Kemper was ranked no. 11 on Fortune Magazine's 2020 list of 100 Fastest-Growing Companies.[10]
